Alumni should select O Level (Form IV), A Level (Form VI), or Both and enter the corresponding completion year(s) when registering. Register once. Returning contributors should update their existing pledge or pay in installments using the same Jubilee reference and registered phone number.

How it works

1. New contributor? Choose New pledge once and save the Jubilee reference sent by SMS.

2. Registered already? Choose Change pledge to increase or decrease your existing pledge, or Add payment to submit another installment.

3. Changing a pledge never removes existing payment records. Your new pledge cannot be below the total of approved and pending payments.

4. Lost your reference? Use Forgot reference? to request it by SMS on your registered number.

5. The Jubilee committee reviews each submitted payment receipt. Pending payments reserve your available balance.

Change Existing Pledge

Use the same Jubilee reference and phone number from your original registration.

Choose Both if you completed Form IV and Form VI at Kilakala.
Required for A Level and Both. Existing alumni can update this detail without another registration.

You can correct your level and year(s) without creating a second registration. Keep the pledge amount unchanged if you only want to update alumni information.

This changes your total pledge, not your amount already paid. Paid installments and approved receipts stay unchanged.
